Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Main responsibilities HR
    • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers;
    • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
    • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issue
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Main responsibilities TRAINING
    • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
    • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
    • Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
    • Designing and assessing training programs.
Job Requirements
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Experience working in HR and training fields
  • Commercial awareness
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Graduated BA Degree related with Management or Administration Management or equivalent degree
  • Effective organizational skills. Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels. Teamwork and Interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, writing and numerical skills
  • Good level of English (both writing and speaking) is required
  • Good Knowledges in Microsoft Office
